RV Parks & Resorts
Only the resorts
worth the drive.
By application only, across Canada and the USA. Every member is inspected in person, held to a five-point standard, and given a full editorial write-up — fewer than one in five applicants make it in.

Read the write-up
A full editorial review of every member — what the resort does well, what it doesn’t, and who it actually suits.

Five checks. Fewer than one in five pass.
Open directories let anyone with a credit card list themselves as a resort. That is how a family ends up on a gravel lot behind a truck stop. Every member passes all five checks before their listing goes live — and is re-verified every year.

1
Inspected in person
One of our team walks the property, drives the loops, and photographs it. No listing goes live on a phone call alone.
-
2
Infrastructure verified
Pad surface and dimensions, amperage, water pressure, sewer, Wi-Fi coverage — confirmed on site, not taken on trust.
-
3
Guest reviews required
A minimum 4.5★ average across Google and the major RV platforms, read by our team rather than counted by a script.
-
4
Two seasons minimum
We do not list first-year operations. A resort must have run at least two full seasons under current management.

Annual re-verification
Standards never lapse. Every member is re-inspected yearly and removed if the resort slips.
Ask any resort anything. Anytime.
Every member listing carries its own Resort Concierge, trained on that resort's inspected record — sites, dimensions, hookups, rates, rules. Ask what you'd normally save for a phone call at nine on a Tuesday.
It won't guess and it can't see live availability. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands you the office number. That's the point — a brochure says "resort-wide Wi-Fi", the concierge tells you it drops past the marina.
Demo · the concierge can't book, hold sites or see live availability — it refers you to (613) 555-0184
Every member, properly reviewed.
Every member gets a full editorial review — photographed and written by our team. We say what a resort does well and what it doesn't, because a write-up nobody believes is worth nothing.
Cedar Bay RV Resort & Marina

310 sites · destination · year-round. Tiki bar, lagoon pool, and shuttle to the beach. Gets loud around the pool deck in March — ask for the east loop.

"Spent two winters booking places that called themselves resorts and turned out to be gravel lots. Everything on this list has actually been walked by someone. That’s the whole difference."
"The write-up told me the back loop was tighter than the photos suggest. It was. I booked the front loop instead and had a perfect week — no brochure would ever tell you that."
"We stopped guessing. If a resort is on this list it’s going to be clean, level and well run — and we book straight with them instead of through a middleman."
Earned. Inspected. Recognised.
Each year our editorial team awards the best of what we’ve inspected. Awards are independent, unpaid, and decided by the review panel — they cannot be bought, and every badge carries the year it was won.

We are not a listings page you buy your way onto. Applications open by region, we inspect in person, and we cap membership at twelve per province or state. Roughly one in five resorts that apply are accepted.
What we look at
Two full seasons under current management, a 4.5★ guest average, and an on-site inspection. Most applications fail on the inspection, not the paperwork.
The write-up and the tools
A photographed editorial review, a Resort Concierge trained on your record, your interactive site plan, and direct enquiries that are never resold.
Why it stays small
Twelve members per province or state. When a region is full it stays full until a member is removed at annual re-verification.
The next great season is on this list.
From Prince Edward County to the Gulf Coast, from the Okanagan to the Outer Banks — every member inspected, reviewed and photographed by us.
